Different Access Levels
The EldanCall Turnkey VoIP Solution provides you with three (3) different types of administrator levels: super administrator, sub administrator, and agent. The super administrator can create sub administrators and agents. The sub administrators are restricted by the permissions set by the super administrator. PIN-less dialing
Our system has the features to pick up the caller ID (ANI) of your users and automatically authenticates the caller, without having the client enter a PIN number for every phone call.
